Greek
American love in Porto Heli, Greece
Froso and Sy wedding
How Froso met Sy
It all started on a plane ride from Boston to
Newark... Girl stole boy's window seat, boy thinks girl's cute, boy asks
girl to sit outside during their layover...the rest is history...and now Froso
and Sy are in Porto Heli for a truly emotional wedding.
Froso and Sy have chosen Porto Heli for their destination wedding
because Froso used to spend the summers with family and friends
in the nearby area.
Porto Heli is a picturesque place , surrounded
by calm still waters and boasting sandy
beaches, offering the ideal setting for dream
wedding in Greece.
Porto Heli provides
serenity, with an unrivalled natural beauty that arouses the senses. Laden with
pine trees and crisp, clean air, during
the day the place is alive with sensuous
smells that carry on the gentle sea breezes. In the cool of the evening, the
clear sea waters sparkle as the moonlight reflects off the sea surface. The
evening backdrop provides the perfect scene for romantic wedding.
Imagine standing
beneath the full moon, looking out over the sparkling sea, white sands beneath
your feet, wearing a mermaid style wedding dress. Porto Heli captures the
fairytale imagination, filling the air with romance, creating a wedding day
that will prove to be truly unforgettable.
The wedding ceremony
was a simple Greek Orthodox and took place outdoors in a traditional Greek chapel called Agios
Aimilianos. The couple decided to have a welcome drink and wedding reception buffet
at a lovely hotel nearby at Hinitsa Bay. The food was stunning accompanied by a
romantic full moon and the tranquil serenity of Hinitsa bay. The decoration
color was blue and white and the wedding reception tables were decorated with small blue and white center pieces,
blue star fish and scattered blue diamonds.
For their wedding Froso and Sy have chosen Marryme in
Greece to their wedding planner, a boutique wedding planning company, that
specializes in the organization of unique and romantic locations across Greece.
